It’s time to get productive.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve struggled with being productive. You tried reading, watching, and listening to productivity content, only to feel more overwhelmed than when you started.

Productivity advice was meant to help you get more things done, but it ended up becoming an extra task for you to complete. The solution ended up becoming a distraction and part of the problem.

The problem isn’t with productivity advice, though. There are lots of nuggets of wisdom out there with the potential to help you become a more productive person.

But…

1) You can’t do everything all at once

and

2) You can’t assume what others found useful for them will be useful for you.

You need to plan, prioritize, and experiment.

And that’s why you’re here (unless I forced you to visit my site #sorrynotsorry #okslightlysorry).

The Done with Grace email courses aren’t another source of productivity advice, though you will probably encounter new ideas through it.

They are courses that will encourage you to test out productivity advice and be consistent in applying what works.

4-weeks or 12 weeks?

Let’s face it. Habits take time to build and there’s a LOT to cover when it comes to productivity.

The 12-week program is a comprehensive dive into the field of productivity, and you get to methodically build up your own process of testing out ideas, discarding what works, keeping what doesn’t, and tweaking what has potential.

You won’t be the same person coming out of the course as you are going into it.

The 4-week program is a shorter commitment and covers the fundamentals of the 12-week program.

On completing the program you will have a choice to continue for an additional 4 or 8 weeks. It’s a taster of the 12-week program and sets the foundation for a better approach to productivity.

What does the course cover?

Oh boy, where do I begin?

Let’s see now…

The primary goal of both email courses is to ensure you’re actually applying productivity advice in your life. That’s the foundation for everything we’ll be covering. The point isn’t to learn, but to apply, and I can’t stress on this enough.

We’ll be covering advice that relates to the 10 factors impacting our productivity:

1- Vision: being clear on what productivity means to you and why you want to be productive in the first place will unlock a great deal of motivation and help you develop the focus needed to see your tasks through

2- Self: how you see yourself determines the extent to which you’re able to be productive. We’ll look at ways you can tap into your stronger self and embrace a more productive identity. You’ll also get to distinguish between self and self-image, and how the latter is robbing you of your potential.

3- Mindset: your attitude towards setbacks, mistakes, and failures plays a huge role in your ability to be productive and to achieve success. You’ll learn tricks such as using a Mistakes Budget and a Failure Checklist to help turn your stumbling blocks into stepping stones towards success

4- Emotions: how you feel can enhance your productivity or inhibit it. We will look at ways to deal with the broad range of negative emotions, how to amplify positive feelings, and you’ll also learn a trick to bypass emotions altogether (hint: robots can be role models).

Maaaaybe not this robot, though.

5- Body: your physical health is a major factor in your productivity, determining the energy you will have to get things done. We will look at ways to improve your sleep, what you eat, and how much you move.

6- Workflow: having clear processes in place will help you make better decisions and work faster. You’ll learn how to set up and optimize systems to manage your tasks and get them done.

7- Learning: it’s essential that you continuously expose yourself to new ideas and develop your skills, especially around your competitive advantage and the tasks you do most frequently. You’ll learn how to learn, better and faster.

8- People: other people can be both a blessing and a curse. We’ll look at ways to increase the blessings and minimize the curses. This will include ways to avoid (or minimize) interruptions, delegating more effectively, and surrounding yourself with people who will support you in achieving your goals.

9- Environment: your physical environment plays a major role in the clarity of your thoughts, the quality of your decisions, the positivity of your mood, and the speed in which you get tasks done. You’ll learn how to find and design the right environment for you, depending on what task you’re getting done.

10- Time: we’ll be covering ways you can make the most of your time, whether it’s in getting work done or freeing time for other pursuits and life interests.

You’ll also learn tips on how to create leverage in your life, be more decisive, why courage matters to productivity (and how to foster it), and the undeniable importance of setting boundaries for your work and giving yourself time for rest.

We will take it one day at a time, so you’re not going to feel overwhelmed with the advice I’ll be sharing with you.

The 12-week program covers all 10 factors in detail. The 4-week program will touch on all 10 factors, but not in as much depth.

Both programs will offer quick wins so you can save time, enhance the quality of your work, and improve your mood, confidence in yourself, and overall sense of satisfaction.

Who’s behind the course?

My name is Haider Al-Mosawi, and I’m a productivity advice addict. I’ve struggled with productivity for many years, and have the scars to prove it. This course is a collection of tips I’ve collected throughout my journey to being more productive.

To be clear: I continue to struggle, but what I’ve learned has helped me out considerably in getting more done, feeling better about myself (and what I’ve accomplished), and recovering from setbacks.

How much are the courses for?

The 12-week program is for 27 Kuwaiti Dinars. That’s around $89 for the whole 12 weeks.

The 4-week program is for 15 Kuwaiti Dinars (~$39).
